    Theresa Humphrys is the owner and founder of Bold Oak Coaching and Consulting. She is a certified coach, educator and facilitator with a depth of experience as a change leader in healthcare, the public and private sectors. Theresa understands the joys and challenges of inspiring teams, effecting change, navigating workplace politics and making a meaningful difference from within an organization.

     

    Theresa has a Masters in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University, Lean Green Belt Certification, and is a certified Integral Coach. Her coaching and facilitation style balances the practical with the inspirational. She has made her career – and her reputation – in guiding, developing and supporting leaders and teams to live their values and achieve their potential.

    Be the Leader Your Team Needs Right Now

     

    It's a steep learning curve for the kind of change leader we need to be these days. Leaders need insight, composure, confidence and inner balance to guide their teams through these this unpredictable and disruptive landscape.

     

    As coaches, consultants and experienced senior leaders, Brenda and I have been asking ourselves, "How can we help?"

     

    Pulling together proven and practical frameworks, techniques and tools for for successful change leadership, we have developed a three part workshop series specially designed to help leaders guide their teams through this period of change.

     

    Workshop One: Leadership Presence for Balance and Agility. Leaders will gain insight into their unique strengths and challenges in times of change. Participants receive access to a proven personality assessment tool backed by character science, plus an in-depth report to understand the results and strengthen their leadership abilities.

     

    Workshop Two: Tools for Navigating Complexity and Uncertainty. Leaders will apply two recognized methodologies to improve decision making and find an achievable balance between pressure and performance. Participants will create an practical plan for leading change in their own environment.

     

    Workshop Three: Managing Stress with Self Compassion. Leaders will build a personalized plan for nurturing their most precious asset for successfully navigating change: themselves.

    Brenda Blum, M.Ed., ACC

    Owner, Brenda Blum & Associates

    Brenda has extensive experience in various leadership positions in the health care and insurance sectors. In both internal and external corporate consultant roles, she has partnered with a broad range of clients to co-design and deliver services related to visioning and strategic planning, performance management, culture and strategy alignment, navigating change and leadership and team development.

     

    As a certified Leadership and Team Coach, Brenda fosters authentic and trusting connections with clients. She partners with mid- and senior-level leaders to expand their ability to influence and impact personal, team and business performance and results. Her practical and supportive style facilitates learning and growth in meaningful ways, while appreciating the complex challenges that leaders face.

     

    Brenda is a University of Toronto graduate with a Masters degree in Adult Education. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and is a Team Coaching Foundations Certified Coach with the Global Team Coaching Institute. She lives in Ottawa, Canada and is a regular participant in professional networking and education events.
